Hatang Support is a shared customer-support inbox for businesses in Việt Nam. This plugin places the chat bubble on every page of your site so visitors can message you, and your team answers from the Hatang dashboard at https://app.hatang.dev, alongside Zalo Official Account and Facebook Messenger conversations.

Paste your site id and the widget appears on every page.
Choose the bubble position and language: follow the WordPress language page by page (Polylang, WPML), the visitor’s browser, or fixed Vietnamese / English.
Logged-in WordPress users are shown by name and email in the inbox (optional).
Developers can sign identities with the hatang_chat_identity_hash filter so the inbox marks them verified.

You need a Hatang account (free plan available) to use this plugin.

External services

This plugin loads the chat widget script from Hatang (https://chat.hatang.dev/widget.js) on the public pages of your site and connects visitors to Hatang’s chat service so their messages reach your inbox. The following data is sent to Hatang when a visitor loads a page with the widget: the page URL and title, the visitor’s browser language, and, if you enable it, the name and email of logged-in users. Installation

Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the zip from Plugins Add New Upload.
Activate it.
Go to Settings Hatang Chat and paste the Site ID from Chat Settings in your Hatang dashboard.

FAQ

Where do I find my Site ID?: In the Hatang dashboard, open Chat Settings, pick your site, and copy the id shown above the install snippet.
Does it slow my site down?: The widget loader is under 1 KB and loads asynchronously; the chat app itself is about 15 KB compressed and loads only after the page is ready.
